This policy explains what we collect when you request placement, why, and what we do and don't do with it. Plain language, no dark patterns.
When you submit the request form or chat with an advisor, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone, the DNP program you're in, your specialty and state, and anything you tell us about your placement needs. We collect standard technical data (such as pages visited) to keep the site working.
We use your information for one purpose: to source and coordinate a preceptor placement for you and to follow up about it. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the parties necessary to arrange your placement, for example, a prospective preceptor or clinical site, and only as needed to make the match.
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by replying to any message from us or using the contact form. We retain request information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
No cost to request, and nothing is billed until a match is confirmed and your school signs off. We'll reply within one business day.
We do not guarantee placement. Final approval rests with your program.
