Terms

Terms of service

The terms below govern your use of this site and our placement service. The short version: we source and coordinate, your school approves, and we never guarantee a placement.

The service

PreceptorDNP is an independent preceptor-placement and clinical-site coordination service for Doctor of Nursing Practice students. We source qualified, credentialed preceptors and prepare the documentation your program requires. We are not a university and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any school named on this site; school names are used descriptively to identify programs.

No guarantee; school approval

We do not guarantee that a placement will be secured, and final approval of any preceptor or site rests solely with your academic program. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific outcome, timeline, or that any particular preceptor will be approved.

Fees

Requesting placement is free. Fees, where they apply, are disclosed to you before you commit and are tied to a confirmed, school-approved match. If we cannot place you, you owe nothing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for meeting your program's academic and clinical requirements, and for maintaining any licensure, immunization, or malpractice coverage your school or site requires. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misrepresent your program or credentials.

Request a preceptor

Tell us your program. We'll start sourcing.

No cost to request, and nothing is billed until a match is confirmed and your school signs off. We'll reply within one business day.

We do not guarantee placement. Final approval rests with your program.
